SUMMARY
Represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts. Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on global quality related issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert in all QE practices: quality systems and applications (MSA, eFMEA, eSPC, 8D, RCA, and Problem Solving)
. Lead multiple cross-functional to compliance with quality management system ISO 9001, information security management system ISO 27001 and ESD S20.20
. Communicate to regional team key Quality Engineering concern in the assigned fields
• Provide support for risk assessment and evaluate ISO standard compliance
• Evaluate and provide input to enhance ISO standard compliance through visual aids or/and instruction guidelines.
• Support global/site training programs specific to customer by development and implementation of specialized training sessions for all applicable functions.
. Initiate training program, guidelines to process owner in case needed
. Sustain and improve the Quality certificates
• Develop appropriate systems for KPI review pertaining to QMS requirements, Power BI, data analysis is a plus
• Review all internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/proactive action efforts.
• Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files; develop appropriate systems for document storage and access.
• Participate in the internal audit, customer audit, certification audit activities as applicable.
• Interface with all departments as applied to the Policies and Procedures.
• Provide insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies.
• Assist in driving the standardization of manufacturing processes of global customer accounts.
• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
. Site coordinator for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ESD S20.20. Lead auditor certified is a plus
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
