The Quality and Safety Coordinator support mission-critical data centre operations by coordinating quality audits, safety inspections, incident follow-up, and corrective actions. The role helps ensure compliance with site standards, customer requirements, and applicable safety regulations while supporting reliable, high-availability operations.
This role will combine managing the safety program at site and regional level as well as performing quality audits on site activities, both locally and in supporting Data Centre regions.
You will ensure safe operations are in place, processes are being followed and a clear plan is in place to remediate any gaps that are discovered in our operations.
Key Focus Areas will include:
Electrical safety and energized work controls.
Lockout/tagout and permit-to-work compliance.
Incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action tracking
Quality documentation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
Experience in quality auditing, safety coordination, compliance, or critical facilities operations.
Strong knowledge of workplace safety processes and audit methodology.
Ability to interpret standards, identify risk, and follow through on corrective actions.
Strong reporting, documentation, and data-tracking skills.
Clear communication and confidence working with operations teams, contractors, and leadership.
