The Quality Specialist, Community Mailbox (CMB). reporting to the National Quality Lead, is a critical position responsible for overseeing, and continuously improving quality assurance, compliance, and performance across all Service Provider personnel, vendors, and work activities under the Canada Post Street Furniture Program.
