Job Description
The Data Analyst is responsible for QMS data governance with global vision, by combining advanced statistical methods with data science techniques to identify trends, build predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
The role ensures quality data accuracy, traceability, and availability across QMS processes in alignment with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR).
Main responsibilities
Data governance
- Identify the different data sources and map the data flow from the production sites and design centers.
- Enhance data collection procedures to ensure harmonization, completeness and relevance
Data Management & Integrity- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of QMS data across electronic systems.
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, trend reviews, and support data impact assessments related to QMS changes or system upgrades.
- Preprocess structured and unstructured data for analysis. Perform data mining to extract usable information from various data sources.
Metrics & Analytics- Develop, automate, and maintain quality KPIs and dashboards.
- Perform statistical trending to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and deliver clear, audit-ready reports for QMRs and governance forums.
- Analyze numerical data to uncover trends and patterns using statistical methods.
