SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Join our R&D team as an R&D Chemist – Powder and contribute to the development and improvement of innovative powder-based products and processes. In this role, you will work from our headquarters in Sandefjord, Norway, and you will execute assigned R&D activities, support departmental goals, and contribute to building competence and collaboration within the professional environment.Responsibilities:

When it comes to formal skills, we believe that the ideal candidate will tick some of these qualifications:
MSc or PhD in polymer, organic or material chemistry
Preferably relevant work experience in powder coating,coatingor chemistry
Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
Good communicationskills, ability to cooperate and share knowledge
Proactive, curious, andimprovement oriented
Fluent in English – both spoken and written
