Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach on the Realty Execution team, you will own delivering store remodels, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising hourly team members, addressing escalations, collaborating with store associates, and extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Encourage collaboration among associates and resolve concerns from store leadership and suppliers.
- Manage execution of projects, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, and minimize operational impact.
- Provide supervision, development, mentoring, recognition, and career path guidance to associates.
- Travel frequently, up to 80% of the time, sometimes away from home for 17-21 day stretches.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus 1 year experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years experience in these areas.
- Completion of all required job training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Additional Information
- Shift: Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10-12 hours.
- Travel: Extensive travel required with reimbursement for mileage and overnight stays. Travel time unpaid.
