
Job Summary
The Recruitment Marketing Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team by helping promote our employer brand, attract qualified candidates, and engage talent through digital and creative marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, communications, HR, or talent acquisition who wants hands-on experience in recruitment marketing strategies.
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate, or postgraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Or 1-year remaining to graduate. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and scheduling content for recruitment marketing campaigns (social media, job boards, career site, email campaigns).
Support employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with recruiters to promote open positions and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Track and report basic recruitment marketing metrics (post-performance, engagement, applicant source data)
Help maintain and update the company’s careers page and employer branding materials
Conduct research on recruitment marketing trends, competitors, and talent market insights
Provide administrative and creative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level)
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic understanding of CRMs, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe, Video editing tools, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, media metrics and performance reporting is a plus
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment. Basic organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
