We’re seeking a skilled and dependableEquipment Operatorto join our team at ourAlbuquerque recycling plant. If you have experience operating heavy machinery and are passionate about sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate aFront endloaderas your primary equipment.
Occasionally operate aForklift,baler, and other machinery including trucks and smaller equipment.
Support daily operations to ensure efficient recycling processes.
Schedule:
Four 12 hour shifts per week.
Workdays:Monday–Friday, withone weekday off,Sunday off, and arotating Saturday.
Start time:5:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation:
$20.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt
Loading recycle materials in a hopper
Loading, dump trucks, open top trailers, pushing up piles of yard debris, rubble
Responsible forequipment inspection
Assisting customers and employees as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers
Ability to beself-directedas well as work in a team environment
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
