Regional DCIM Specialist

What Will You Do:

• Regional DCIM Specialist will successfully manage project and perform deployment & configuration of EcoStruxure IT software suite, system integration, Customer & Admin training and WO management.
• You will be part of Regional LOB EcoStruxure IT services team, having service mindset and customer experience is key.
• Onsite configuration, technical support and training is often vital to success, yet an effective ability to support via remote is mandatory.

Requirments:

• Associates/Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years experience providing DCIM customer support for complex technical solutions in a Data Centre environment.
• Experience in Customer-facing, project management, analysis, troubleshooting technical skills
• Demonstrated basic technical knowledge of:Data centre IT components and interconnections (servers, Blades/Blade Chassis, network switches, RACK PDUs, etc.)
• Data centre networks and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus)
• Structured cabling components and concepts (patch panels, fibre, copper)
• Data centre facilities components (UPS, PDUs, single and 3 Phase Power, CCU)
• VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi VM configuration
• PCNS configuration
• Accountability and the ability to adapt/multi-task/manage changing priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours with travel up to 50% required, some globally.
• Data centre surveys and audits
• Ambitious, Self-motivated, ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
• Good English, Arabic oral & written communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Working experience in Salesforce and WO management
• Certification in Schneider DCIM software's is added advantage
• Working Experience in customer facing profession would be added advantage
• Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but not mandatory.
• VMware Certified Professional or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate - Certifications (or equivalent)
• Nutanix Certified Professional or equivalent
