THE OPPORTUNITY
Were looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Wellbeing Engagement Growth Manager (Planner) to join our Revenue team!
Reporting to the Wellbeing Engagement Leader in T0&1, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing engagement strategies that drive employee adoption, subscription growth, and long-term wellbeing engagement across Wellhubs client portfolio. In this role, you will move beyond campaign execution to become a strategic partner in driving employee engagement and wellbeing adoption. You will shape portfolio-level strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and define the most effective approaches to connect employees with the value of Wellhub. Combining data, behavioral insights, technology, and AI-powered solutions, you will recommend and scale initiatives ranging from communication campaigns and employee experiences to engagement programs and strategic projects, always focused on expanding reach, increasing adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
YOUR IMPACT
- Strategic Portfolio Planning: Own the engagement strategy for assigned client portfolios, identifying opportunities to increase employee reach, adoption, and subscription performance. Translate business objectives, client needs, and market insights into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.
- Audience & Lifecycle Strategy: Design audience segmentation and lifecycle frameworks that improve communication effectiveness and support employees throughout their wellbeing journey. Ensure engagement strategies are relevant, scalable, and aligned with the needs of diverse employee populations.
- Scalable Solutions & Enablement: Develop scalable engagement models, playbooks, and self-service resources that empower HR teams and internal stakeholders to drive engagement independently. Continuously improve processes, tools, and operating models to increase efficiency, consistency, and impact across the portfolio.
- Performance & Growth Insights: Leverage engagement, behavioral, and subscription data to evaluate portfolio performance, uncover opportunities, and identify risks. Translate insights into strategic recommendations that improve adoption, retention, and overall business outcomes.
Innovation & AI Adoption: Champion the use of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies to enhance planning, decision-making, operational efficiency, and communication effectiveness. Explore, test, and scale innovative solutions that help improve employee engagement and business performance. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Global teams to align priorities, influence decisions, and execute strategic initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor by providing frameworks, insights, and recommendations that elevate client outcomes and support revenue growth.

WHO YOU ARE
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Engagement, Consulting, Revenue Strategy, Client Success Strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact, growth, or customer adoption.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset
- Strong ability to connect customer behavior, business objectives, and data insights into clear priorities and actionable strategies.
