About the role
Ensure effective partnership with managers and global P&C Business Partners to execute HR programs and initiatives on time and compliant to local regulations
Responsible for assigned business units within DACH region, stand-in for peers
Ownership for one or more P&C areas of expertise within the DACH P&C team
Daily challenges
Ensure pro-active relationship management with business leaders and people managers in scope
Work closely with business leaders and people managers to understand their business and related P&C challenges
Manage local implementation and execution of HR programs, providing advice and collaborating with people managers
Oversee assigned P&C projects for DACH region, manage project team and monitor progress
Advice business leaders and people managers on performance and talent management strategies and policies incl. local regulations
Collaborate with global P&C Business Partners and business leaders regarding implementation of organisational changes and WFR
