Job Description
Cypress Ridge Care Center, a 5 star facility, is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time AM and PM shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient's condition and assess needs to provide optimal care and advice.
- Observe and interpret symptoms, communicating them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections.
- Maintain accurate patient charts.
Requirements:
- Current RN license.
