Registered Nurse (RN), Medical/Surgical

Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support, and supervising assigned team members. Promotes patient's independence by establishing care goals, teaching patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care, and answering questions. Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against goals, recommending adjustments, and following nursing standards set by governing agencies.

• Schedule: Full Time, 36 Hours/week, Night Shift
• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
• Location: Highland, IL
• Sign on Bonus: $15,000
• Compensation based on experience

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing school required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $46.30 hourly, with actual pay based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
