The Regulatory Advisory and Optimization team is responsible for staying ahead of regulatory affairs and changes impacting SSM businesses. The team actively participates in industry conferences and forums, monitors market and regulatory developments, meets with clients, and analyzes competitors to provide strategic guidance. Additionally, the team identifies and explores regulatory optimization opportunities through innovative structures such as Significant Risk Transfers (SRTs) and other capital efficient solutions, ensuring the organization can meet strategic revenue growth objectives and maintain a competitive position while meeting regulatory requirements.
This Officer role will support the Regulatory Advisory and Optimization team in tracking regulatory developments, assisting with research and analysis, and helping prepare materials for internal and external engagements. This individual will work closely with senior team members to learn about regulatory strategy and optimization techniques such as Significant Risk Transfers (SRTs). The role is located in Boston, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
ONSITE: Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
