Job Description:
At Bank of America, the Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service channels such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately, building client relationships to meet financial needs, managing financial center traffic and appointments, and driving a superior client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the bank's risk culture and operational excellence.
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and adhere to laws and regulations.
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
