The opportunity:
General Office Administration & Secretarial Management is accountable for processes and teams in two or more of the following areas: General Office Administration and Clerical Support. Reception/Telephone/Switchboard. Mailroom & Filing Support. Secretarial/Administrative Assistant Support.
Dedicated administration Manager will enhance our engagement and liaison with local authorities, which is crucial for our operations.
How you'll make an impact:
- Operational Management: Directing daily facility operations, including building repairs, maintenance, and utility management (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) programs to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental health and safety (EHS) laws, including managing risk assessments and fire safety systems.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiating with and overseeing external contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, security, landscaping, and specialized repairs.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing capital and operational budgets (CapEx/OpEx) to achieve cost-efficient operations.
- Facility Improvements: Managing construction projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Team Leadership: Supervising maintenance teams, technicians, and custodians, ensuring proper training and performance.
- Emergency Response: Acting as the primary contact for after-hours facility emergencies, such as power outages or security breaches.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background :- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and foster a safety-conscious culture.
- Experience: Generally, 5+ years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to prevent production stoppages.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and MS Office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or LEED are advantageous.
- Performance Indicators (KPIs)
