What You'll Do

• Quotes cost of rental car, based on rates, estimated mileage, and the requested insurance coverage.
• Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
• Explains all policies and procedures
• Offer assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
• Check vehicle upon return to assess any damage charges.
• Other customer service-related duties as required, to ensure the best quality customer experience.

The California hourly pay range for this position is $17.87 - $21.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
