About the Role:
This full-time Senior leadership role in Food and Beverage Management oversees Tavernetta Vail's restaurant success, focusing on service quality, guest recognition, revenue growth, stakeholder communication, and brand ambassadorship.
What You Will Do:
- Grow restaurant business by optimizing seating and increasing volume.
- Maximize guest spend by driving check averages and food-beverage ratios.
- Act as local ambassador connecting with concierge, real estate, and transportation.
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, and catering for promotion and events.
- Entertain influencers and promote new meal periods and private events.
- Handle guest service issues and online reputation management.
- Lead and develop Restaurant Management team; maintain financial and service standards.
- Maintain equipment and inventory; stay current with F&B trends for activations.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years managerial experience in fast-paced F&B, preferably luxury resort.
- Knowledge of division operations, service, cost, labor control, accounting.
- Computer proficiency including OpenTable and Microsoft applications.
- Strong leadership, cross-cultural sensitivity, guest-centricity.
- Fluency in English and US work authorization required.
