Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, Canterbury - Part Time

Salary: 13 per hour + Monthly Bonus
This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, specifically handling foreign exchange transactions and supporting customers with their international money needs.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to assist with their travel money needs.
- Act as a travel money ambassador, providing advice on Travelex products and services.
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet key performance goals including operational and customer service standards.
- Comply with legal and regulatory standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- A strong desire to succeed and provide positive experiences for customers.
- Ability to clear reference checks as part of onboarding.
