AtkinsRalis is seeking a Roadway Engineer to join our Roads & Highways Team. This is an entry-level position based in Bartow, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in developing conceptual, preliminary, and final engineering plans by completing well-defined tasks.
- Support development of alternative highway designs for public hearing materials as part of environmental document preparation.
- Prepare materials for reports and permit applications, including gathering information and preparing work progression documents and presentations.
- Assist with quantity calculations for construction cost estimates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years of experience in a related technical field.
- B.S. in Engineering required; master's degree holders may have minimal experience.
- Technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Motivation to train and perform tasks using MicroStation CAD and design software such as GeoPak, InRoads, or OpenRoads.
- Engineering Intern (EI) certification required.
