About the job:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTRAccountant /SeniorAccountanttosupport General Ledger activities for the USA region. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial processes.
Whatyou'lldo:
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting to the RTR Team Leader, you will enhance processes, uphold high data quality standards, and ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting within an international environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Performing General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and posting journal entries, including month-end accruals
Supporting period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelines
Managing Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliations
Maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring timely reporting
Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
Solid accounting knowledge, including the ability to prepare financial statements
Minimum3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory)
Experience working with SAP
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a strong advantage
Availability to work afternoon/second shift hoursfor up to 7 days per month
