The RTR general ledger Junior Analyst reports directly to the General Ledger Supervisor. The primary function is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The junior analyst will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting
Financial Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Ensure high-quality entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Receive, review and post journal entries received
Prepare monthly journal entries for AL/Airgas entities and business units
Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and ad-hoc journal entries monthly
Bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Support and meet our collective performance metrics
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor or technical degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience
Ideally, 1-3+ years of accounting work experience
Intermediate level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access) / Strong analytical mindset and collaborative problem-solving approach with the ability to understand metrics and to present and communicate openly to all levels of the organization and external customers.
English: Advanced proficiency [B2]
