Job Title: S4+ Data & Analytics Lead

Purpose of Role:
The S4+ Data & Analytics Lead is the single-thread accountable leader for the end-to-end data and analytics agenda across the S4+ programme, owning all programme data outcomes across design, build, test, migration, cutover, andpost go-livestabilisation.
The role ensures the programme delivers clean, reconciled data, trusted analytics, and AI ready foundations, while protecting operational and financial integrity through cutover. It has the mandate to define standards, chair programme data governance, and stop or escalate delivery where data readiness or risk wouldcompromise golive integrity or future valuerealisation.
This is a programme role with explicit responsibility to ensure programme artefacts, controls, andways-of-workingbecome BAU-ready and are transitioned into business-as-usual operating rhythms post go-live.
About the S4+ Programme
The Weir Group is undertaking S4+, a major global business transformation programme built around SAP S/4HANA. S4+ is far more than an IT or systemsupgrade, it is an enterprise-wide transformation encompassing process redesign, dataharmonisation, operating model change, and cultural change across Weir.
S4+ will replace legacy systems with a single, integrated global operating model built on common standards and a single source of truth, transforming end-to-end value streams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering/Innovation/PLM (HR excluded, having already transitioned to Workday).
Data,analyticsand AI are core enablers of S4+, with clean,harmonised, high-quality data foundationsrequiredto unlock real-time insight and scalable AI across SAP and connected enterprise platforms.
