Role & Mission
As a Store Director, you will promote brand engagement and loyalty by building strong client relationships, driving business to meet store goals, and overseeing store processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Attract, develop, retain, and engage clients and team members.
- Lead sales by being active on the floor and fostering client relationships.
- Implement action plans to achieve targets and P&L goals.
- Define and achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Communicate feedback and market analysis to HQ and team.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Foster positive work environment and motivate team.
- Ensure continuous coaching and development of team members.
- Create development plans to drive performance.
- Build local and international luxury business networks.
- Maintain brand image through store atmosphere and behavior.
- Handle delicate customer complaint situations professionally.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
- Improve efficiency by challenging current processes.
- Supervise warehouse stock and inventory in line with sales potential.
- Optimize stockroom management with Back Office collaboration.
Profile
- 3-5 years' successful managerial experience.
- Experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
- Adaptable, transparent, dynamic, curious.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Open to involvement in innovative projects.
- Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
