WhatYou’llDo
Achieve sales following daily, weekly,monthlyand quarterly goals for the store
Helpmaintaina clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor
Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members
Provide guests withaccurateand efficient service to educate them on the products and services available throughFrontgate.
WhatYou’llBring
2+ years of specialty retail sales experience
Proficiencyusing Microsoft Word, Excel (canmaintaincomplex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems andpreviouscash handlingrequired
Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items, up to 50lbs
