Your mission: Architect of growth
As a Sales Executive, you are the face of Uber Eats in Poland. You will build the foundation of our marketplace by forging partnerships with the city's best culinary talent. You'll identify growth levers, negotiate both simple and complex deals, and ensure that every new partner is positioned for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Prospecting: Use your local knowledge and "boots on the ground" grit to identify the "must-have" restaurants that will move the needle for our users.
- Bold Negotiation: Lead high-stakes contract discussions to create sustainable, mutually beneficial business terms.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the partner onboarding journey and help them to maximize their potential.
- Exceed the Standard: Consistently smash monthly sales targets and keep your Salesforce pipeline as sharp as your pitch.
