Sales Manager – Cochlear Implants | Kerala
Location: Kochi
Territory: Kerala
Role Type: Field-based | Individual Contributor
The Impact You Will Help Create
At Cochlear, sales is not only about driving growth. It is about expanding access to technology that can help people hear, communicate, and participate more fully in life.
For many families, the work we do becomes real in moments that are deeply personal — when a child responds to sound, when parents hear new words, or when a recipient reconnects with the world around them.
Job Overview & Purpose
The Recipient Services Specialist (Sales Manager) is a field sales role focused entirely on Cochlear's existing patient base. Rather than acquiring new customers, you'll be responsible for driving revenue from within the installed base — through sound processor upgrades, bilateral solutions, accessories, and service plans.
You'll own your territory's commercial performance end-to-end: identifying who's eligible for an upgrade, engaging them meaningfully, partnering with clinics to support those conversations, and ensuring recipients continue to benefit from Cochlear's latest technology. The expectation is a well-managed pipeline, strong clinic relationships, and consistent delivery against revenue targets.
Reporting to the Area Business Manager – Services, the Recipient Services Specialist will be based in Kochi and handle the entire Kerala region. They will play a critical role in protecting revenue, accelerating technology adoption, and strengthening long‑term recipient advocacy, ensuring Cochlear continues to deliver life‑long hearing outcomes.
This is an individual contributor role.
