The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple business systems, including ERP, CRM, internal databases, and spreadsheets, to support informed decision-making and business performance.

• Serving as a key liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales teams, and channel partners, supporting purchase order management, inventory analysis, and operational excellence.

• Developing, maintaining, and automating management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency, data reliability, and business visibility.

• Supporting sales performance analysis, forecasting activities, channel effectiveness assessments, profitability reviews, and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) validation and payment processes.

• Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and process documentation while driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting business intelligence projects, and promoting adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other >
