As an Energy Pro, You Will:
- Work within your local retailer

Job Description:
- Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, and/or event environments
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly
- Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously
- Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products
- Advise customers on products and services
- Help customers make selections by building confidence
- Document and report sales accurately
- Contribute to team efforts
- Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations
- Ensure workstation is clean, organized, and presentable
- Submit paperwork completely and accurately
Performance Measurements:
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet monthly/weekly sales quotas
- Customer satisfaction based on rejection rate and complaints
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
- Knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced team environment
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
