The role
As a GoCardless Salesforce Developer, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions you recommend. Youll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and internal customers. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform with specific experience in CPQ, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and the skills to deliver solutions and help grow experience within the team to do the same.
The Salesforce Developer will form the key foundation for a new team within GoCardless, Rapid Change Development, to expedite cross-functional changes across our business systems. You will be responsible for delivering meaningful changes to the business, working alongside other Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Integration Architects, Business Analysts and Business Intelligence to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.
Base salary range: the expected base salary range for this position is between 73,600 - 110,400
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
