
Key Responsibilities:
Implement real-time and batch data synchronisation across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds.
Define and enforce data governance, including data retention rules.
Ensure data security and privacy align with organisational and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA as applicable).
Create scalable segmentation, activation pipelines to supportpersonalizationand analytics use cases.
Optimise data ingestion performance with monitoring, validation, and exception handling processes.
HoldDeep understanding of website personalization using Marketing Cloud Personalization including sitemap development.
Analysedata and campaign metrics toidentifyopportunities for optimization and improvement.
Develop automated data quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation processes to ensure reliable, trusted data forAgentforceand other AI capabilities.
Requirements:
5+ years inimplementing Salesforce Clouds – Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud.
Experience implementing solutions with Salesforce Data360- Data Model, Data Transformation, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Activation, Data Kit, Data Action, Flows, Standard Connectors etc.
ExperienceofSOAP, REST, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud APIs.
Strongexpertisein HTML, CSS,AMPScript, JavaScript,Handlebarsand SQLisa must.
ProficiencyinApex customization and development within Salesforce.
Proven experience in web campaign development.
Experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization - JavaScript, SSJS (server side), HTML, CSS, Einstein Recipes, Campaigns.

Certified Data360Consultant
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator
MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud certifications
