The Seasonal Support Associate primary objective is to drive sales and profit through efficient inbound/outbound receipt processing and excellent stockroom standards. This includes offloading, sorting, unpacking and prepping new receipts. Seasonal associates are eligible to receive a bonus incentive upon completion of their seasonal assignment, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand during the most exciting time of the year.
Essential functions include supporting receipt and dispatch of merchandise, receiving and recording trailer delivery, offloading and preparing merchandise, processing merchandise to be floor ready, protecting company assets, maximizing stockroom space, placing new merchandise on the selling floor, ensuring signage accuracy, completing price changes and damages, maintaining a clean and organized back office, adhering to company standards, ensuring safety, punctuality, and supporting team members to provide a positive customer experience.
