Seasonal Retail At Your Service Associate, First Colony

As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Youll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks - all while upholding Macys service standards. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key, including working a variety of shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
