You'll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for.

- Greet and engage customers, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay updated on promotions.
- On the floor, focus on customer service by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating personal conversations.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising, processing damages, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Conclude interactions by sharing loyalty program benefits, assisting with customer needs, and ending with a sincere thank you.
- Support each other with honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Strive to improve daily, achieve sales goals, and learn from team members.

**Essential Physical Requirements**
