As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. Youll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for.
This role blends service and support - anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year. We're looking for flexible team players who thrive in our fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

- Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, greeting teammates with a warm hello, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared, and staying informed on sales goals and trends.
- Focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly conversations.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, managing merchandise returns, and updating signs and pricing.
- Finish the day by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and expressing sincere thanks.
- Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Strive to improve daily, take pride in work, and achieve sales goals.
Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

Essential Physical Requirements
- Talking, lifting (at least 25 lbs.), constant moving, standing, and reaching.
- Standing for at least two hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

- Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment.
