As the Seasonal Selling Champion Associate at Macy's San Francisco Union Square, your primary responsibility is to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing proactive supervision, fostering a sales-oriented culture via omnichannel approaches, and improving the service environment. You will be a key member of the Store Leadership Team, responsible for communicating goals and expectations, maintaining a lively store atmosphere, and adapting to shifting business demands. Your duties include supervising the sales floor, supporting daily priorities, maintaining presentation standards, building customer relationships, managing store operations such as opening and closing, overseeing receiving and fulfillment processes, monitoring performance metrics, using point of sale systems, supporting inbound/outbound operations, scheduling shifts, coordinating with store leadership, and assisting in onboarding and supporting seasonal colleagues. The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and major sale events.
