Security Consultant (m/w)
As a Security Consultant, you are responsible for designing and implementing security solutions, combining high technical skills and project experience with an understanding of the customer's business requirements, focusing on cybersecurity.
Within the framework of digital transformation, you advise customers on strategic approaches such as Zero Trust and SASE based on leading manufacturers.
You support the entire project lifecycle from presales engagement to implementation. Based on your extensive project experience, you develop detailed concepts and innovative architectures. You advise according to our portfolio and have reliable knowledge in the following technologies:
- Zscaler Zero Trust Solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC, CASB, DLP)
- Palo Alto NGW / Panorama / PRISMA SASE
- or comparable: Fortinet, Cisco
Basic understanding in:
- Zero Trust Architectures
- SASE Framework
- Cybersecurity
- Openness to automation
Further description:
- Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, electrical engineering) or comparable technical training
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in operations and/or project environment in infrastructure security
- Very good knowledge in design and implementation of security solutions
- Structured approach combined with very careful, precise and result-oriented working method, especially in problem analysis and planning
- Strong customer and service orientation with good manners and good communication and teamwork skills
- At least one professional-level certification
- Open-mindedness for new topics and challenges
- Cross-vendor know-how required
- Further knowledge and certifications desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written language
