Customer Success
Create, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by bringing identity centric security leadership and the best of Kyndryl's Zero Trust and Digital Trust capabilities.
Act as a senior advisor to clients on IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust strategy, differentiating Kyndryl through practical, outcome driven guidance and effective use of the partner ecosystem.
Support contract execution and operational excellence for led accounts, contributing to strong client satisfaction, referenceability, and long term relationships. Day to day delivery and account management remain with the Delivery Partner.
Commercial Success
Drive profitable growth through consult led identity and Zero Trust engagements, working in close alignment with Kyndryl Consult and Security and Resilience leadership.
Support opportunity identification through to closure by shaping new scope, defining value, and reducing erosion across existing business and renewals.
Contribute to win strategies for IAM, PAM, and Digital Trust led pursuits across targeted accounts and new logos.
Support revenue, margin, and growth objectives by enabling strong solution positioning and effective use of specialist resources.
Distinctive Expertise
Provide deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Zero Trust architectures, positioning identity as a core control plane for security and resilience.
Lead client discussions on identity strategy, target state architecture, roadmaps, and business aligned outcomes.
Support alliance driven pursuits and joint solutioning with key partners such as Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint, and related ecosystem vendors.
Act as a thought leader within Kyndryl and with clients, supporting executive level discussions on Digital Trust, risk reduction, and regulatory alignment.
Lead technical execution across the customer lifecycle from early discovery through transition and delivery handoff.
Ensure account compliance and act with integrity across all client engagements.
People
Support the development of technical and consulting talent across Kyndryl through coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to building next generation IAM and Zero Trust capability within the Security and Resilience practice.
Support Kyndryl's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion objectives and act as a positive culture carrier.
