What you will do
As an Account Executive - Advanced Security Services, you will sell advanced integrated security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection. You will develop strong client relationships, engage with various departments and executives, work with security consultants, and be knowledgeable about local codes and labor environments. You will conduct physical facility surveys, design security solutions, deliver presentations, and stay current on product knowledge.
What We Look For
- Must reside near Atlantic City, Pennsauken, Hainesport NJ, or Horsham PA
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of direct sales experience with advanced security systems and technology, with at least three years in major accounts
- Experience in the Security Integration Industry
- Proven track record with CCTV, perimeter and intrusion detection, and access control systems
- Consistent sales success ($1-3 million in integrated security business)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with business acumen and ability to thrive in matrix organizations
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally
Salary Range: $69,000 - $96,000 plus competitive sales incentive plan and benefits.
