As a Selling and Support Captain, you are an advocate for the customer and a role model for your colleagues. Under the supervision of a People Leader, you will play a key role in communicating expectations and priorities to our colleagues. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders, merchandising, supervising the selling floor, providing exceptional customer service, promoting the Macy's mobile app, conducting store procedures, and fostering a respectful environment.
Ideal candidates should have flexible availability, strong communication skills, adaptability, resourcefulness, 1-2 years of retail experience (preferred), and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Physical requirements involve standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, and using technology as needed.
