As an Account Manager for our top SMB (Small and Medium Business) restaurant partners in Poland, you'll be a strategic growth partner in a market that moves with relentless speed.
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. It's not about pushing a product - it's about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment. This role is about more than just maintaining accounts; it's about ownership, resilience, and grit. You will be responsible for the success of our highest-value partners, requiring you to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions with imperfect information. The work is messy, the stakes for our partners are high, and the pace is fast. You will need to balance operational precision with aggressive revenue growth, often navigating competing priorities across different teams. What You'll Do
- Build and scale long-term partnerships with Poland's top SMB merchants, moving beyond transactional support to become a trusted advisor by truly understanding what matters most to their business.
- Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for both our partners and Uber, ensuring they thrive on our platform.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities by managing your sales pipeline with urgency and discipline, upselling marketing solutions (Ads, promotions) that align with specific merchant needs.
- Own your portfolio end-to-end, track the details, and monitor merchant KPIs to provide >accommodations@uber.com.
