JOB DESCRIPTION:
I - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile orders with received payments, including verifying cash flow between the platform, agency (Byte), and CLPs according to monthly settlement cycles.
- Review order status, excluding canceled orders.
- Map aligned prices with CLPs, Byte's receipts from the platform, and supported surcharges to reconcile cash flow.
- Account for returned or failed orders and related costs.
- Assign PIC for tracking cash flow/settlement with third-party partners like Viettel Post and Grab.
- Create payment orders and supporting documents.
- Submit payment data for each CLP for processing payment orders.
- Update CLPs on final settlement amounts and inform of any delays.
- Follow up with the agency to ensure timely settlement cycle completion.
- Track spending versus budget monthly and by PO progress.
- Update tax policies on e-commerce/online sales and advise on suitable CLP business model processes.
- Support process documentation related to tax matters, including tax exemption agreements.
- Review and follow up on CLP contract signing with Fulfilment and Sales teams.
- Propose optimization or automation of reconciliation/payment workflows for CLPs in collaboration with Tech and Fulfilment teams.
- Advise and supervise gift reconciliation efforts to scale automation.
- Suggest operational cost-saving measures while scaling.
- Schedule and remind stakeholders of payments between Byte, 3A, and CLPs.
- Plan budgets with internal finance, including raising POs.
- Collaborate with internal CFS to evolve policies and payment flows toward automation.
- Advise tech and operations on developing automated payment reconciliation on the CLP portal.
II - MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proficiency with official software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Teamwork skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting.

III - MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Associate or Bachelor degree from College or University.
- Major in Accounting.
