Senior Associate Commercial Reporting Role
The Commercial Analytics team at Amgen serves as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, providing data-backed insights essential for commercial success. As a Senior Associate Commercial Reporting, you will lead insights generation by integrating multiple secondary data sources and collaborating with Commercial Data and Analytics colleagues to develop comprehensive brand performance understanding and offer tactical recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assist field sales team by documenting business requirements, developing and enhancing Tableau reports, and providing training.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve reports and processes in response to business trends.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure precise documentation and application of business rules for reporting deliverables.
- Contribute to establishing and applying quality control standards for reporting accuracy.
- Support weekly release runs of field dashboards, portal communication, and data inquiries.
- Partner with the training team to create training materials and deliver training to new hires.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt to new responsibilities as defined.
- Collaborate with broader Commercial Data & Analytics organization to integrate insights and analytics.
Candidate Expectations

Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech sales & marketing operations, finance, or analytics and reporting, or equivalent education and experience.
- University degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or related field.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Tableau and data visualization.
- Knowledge of data, analytics, dashboarding, and reporting approaches.
- Project management and analysis skills to translate business issues into actionable plans.
- Experience with brand, sales, and activity reporting, incentive compensation, and various business systems.
- Strong client service and communication skills across diverse audiences.
