As an Associate Design Program Manager within the Digital Innovation (DI) and Experience Design (XD) organization of the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB), you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex programs and championing operational improvements. You will work with a global team of over 150 design professionals supporting Payments across the CIB, implementing Agile practices, and ensuring effective collaboration across design, product, and technology teams. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help foster new relationships and advocate for the value of design in successful product development.
