As a Senior Business Development Manager, your key area of responsibility will be creating and implementing strategic business plans to secure top-tier client pursuits while acting as a technical SME on the Geotab ecosystem. You will devise business development objectives, mentor team members, and oversee complex partner integrations and service agreements to solidify Geotab as a trusted industry advisor. You will need to work closely with the Business Segment team, Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and cross-functional internal departments to support global strategic initiatives and the RFX process.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly influential communicator with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to inspire stakeholders. You must be a proactive problem-solver who can recognize subtle verbal and non-verbal cues to navigate complex negotiations and technical discussions. In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales development within the telematics industry and strong project management skills.
