The Senior Compliance Analyst within the Enterprise Compliance Office (ECO) supports the build-out and day-to-day operation of Molocos global compliance program by turning regulatory, policy, and governance requirements into clear documentation, structured workflows, evidence, reporting, and metrics. This is a hands-on analyst role with program execution responsibilities for defined ECO initiatives, helping make compliance scalable, auditable, and easier for business teams to execute.
This role reports to the Enterprise Compliance Officer and partners cross-functionally across Legal, Security/GRC, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, business teams, Internal Audit, and Compliance Champions.
