Key responsibilities forthisrole include:
Drive effectiveimplementation of the compliance program through the business in all applicable regions including but not limited to, Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Establish strategies forcommunicating policy changes and ensure thattrainingand other relevantmaterialsareupdated accordingly.
Provide hands-on support foremployees in answering compliance-related questions on policy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams toassesscompliancerisksanddevelopmitigationstrategies.
Conduct regular compliance monitoring, auditsand reviews, identifyingareasfor improvement andimplementing corrective actions.
Conduct quarterly compliance ride a-longs with sales representatives in Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Assist in designingandimplementing efficient andeffectiveFCPAcontrols throughout theorganization.
Stay informed about emerging compliance trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the financial industry.
Helpwith special projects and other assigned duties.
Theminimum qualifications forthisroleare:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
However, a combination of experience and/oreducation will be takeninto consideration.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in English, Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese will be an advantage.
Excellent oral andwrittencommunication skills.
Exceptionalorganizational skills and keen attentiontodetail.
Demonstrate current working knowledge of variousrules,regulations,and industry guidance relevanttohealthcare compliance.
Strongfamiliaritywithcomponents of complianceprograms; specific experience in training,communicationsand/or business processdevelopment.
Great interpersonal skills, abilityto work collaboratively andcrossfunctionally
Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well asappropriatejudgment, independence, anddiscretion.
Ability to be proactive, exercise judgmentand manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
