Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in Transaction Services, you will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services for clients' complex financial needs. Clients include private/public companies, private equity funds, banks, and more, offering diverse and challenging work.
- Interact with Partners on client and engagement matters.
- Data gathering, document review, preparing quality of earnings reports.
- Research and financial analysis of target companies.
- Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
- Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
- Opportunities for career development and advancement within the group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- 2 to 4 years in mid/large professional services with audits and at least 2 years transaction services/due diligence experience.
- Professional designations (CFE, CFA) or advanced degree a plus.
- High motivation, initiative, positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; ability to conduct complex financial analysis and generate insights.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; leadership abilities.
- Effectiveness in team environments, interacting with all levels in various industries.
- Comfort engaging with senior client personnel including executive briefings.
The compensation range is $86,660 to $164,300, influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
