Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position):
AsCoordinatorUnderfootPlatformsthe role willwork closely with and supportManagerStratey& PlanningandMaster Data Operationsteamwith thecreation andmaintanneceof PLM records associated with compounds, underfoot components and molds.
Supporting T2 materials suppliersas theyaccessvendorportalandvalidating enriched datauploaded by T2 suppliers.
Maintain,trackand report raw material pricechanges. Cooperating closely withmaterials intelligence teamsto ensureaccurateprices are available to support seasonal negotiations, commodityupdatesand COGS guidance.
Work cross functionallywithBrand PD andMaterialPlanning teamstoforecast demand for nominated raw materials. In support of quality and sustainable production control.
Supportdata management and collectionrelatedto all aspects of mold allocations, transfers,destruction and opening
SupportSCP and SPMdata collection, performance metricanalyseand reporting
Key Result Areas:
Partner with cross functional teams to designand executematerial preposition initiatives to enable On-Time Performance
Act as process owner for all GMSPolymerpre-position, long lead-time material management, mold tracking and transfersand compliance reporting.
