Your New Role
As a Senior CRM Campaign Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user retention and engagement across key messaging channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for HBO Max and discovery+ across the EMEA region, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a strong track record in CRM operations, and extensive expertise in campaign management. A clear passion for delivering high-impact customer communications, combined with the ability to manage multiple initiatives is critical for success in this role.
Your Role Accountabilities
